THE NARROW WAY                 “Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life and few are those who find it.” Matthew 7:13, 14.                 It is heart breaking really. I honestly wish I could believe the false prophets when they paint a picture for us of a world being swept into Christianity during times of ease and pleasure. It is like one big Charismatic party as Christians everywhere, being finally liberated from fundamental belief in the Bible and obedience to God’s Word are all raptured into heaven, each on his own terms.                 This is the trend in much of the church today, even as they give up the basic foundations of salvation and join the ecumenical movement for global unity under the leadership of Rome.                   Do you think this has happened by accident? WILL THERE BE A THIRD TEMPLE?                   A temple Shekel is now being minted with a picture of Cyrus and Donald Trump on it. In Gilead a grove of balsam trees has been planted that bear a rare spice for the special mixture that will be used in the temple. It is a divine combination of spices that can only be used in temple worship and none other. The Temple has been prefabricated and sitting in storage awaiting ground breaking. All of the Levitical priests have been and are now in training for authentic temple worship. All of the golden temple utensils have been made. The Ark of the Covenant has been found and waits in hiding for the day and the hour of its return. The ashes of the Red Heifer are being sought and several perfect Red Heifers are held in pasture waiting for the purification ceremonies that will cleanse the sacred ground.                 In Revelation 11, we are given a very interesting last day prophecy concerning the third temple saying:             

INTO THE GREAT UNKNOWN                 “Now the Lord said to Abram, ‘Go forth from your country and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to a land which I will show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” So Abram went forth as the Lord had spoken to him; and Lot went with him. Now Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.” Genesis 12:1-4                 Right now I can relate to this story like never before. I am now 70 years old and the Lord has instructed Bonnie and me to leave our place of security and predictability, to go to a far country to bless my children and grandchildren. WEIGHED IN THE BALANCES                 There are two opposing concepts between the prophets in the church today. One group prophesies of peace and prosperity, of a great America, a dollar stronger than ever as the wealth of the nations comes into the church and a huge harvest of souls fills stadiums with eager crowds. They picture the church as gaining control over the high places of the earth, of governments, of education, of entertainment, of the media and so on as the church marches on to victory. They then picture a massive rapture of the church before tribulation arrives as the entire church is swept away to heaven.                 There is another, smaller group of prophets that say we are on the brink of the great tribulation… that America will fall because of her many sins, the economy will collapse, the dollar will become worthless and America will become embroiled in war and invasion on our own soil. They pay heed to the fact that for this moment we are in support

EXORTATION                 One of the things we need to learn how to do is to encourage each other in the faith. This is going to become more and more important in the days ahead. The world is becoming more hostile towards Christians. The Lord has bought us just a little more time. Some think this time will stretch on into glory, but as I study Bible Prophecy I see a different story.                 Revelation 13 speaks of this global beast empire that we see fighting for supremacy right before our eyes. We see their growing hatred for Jews and Christians. And while Revelation 12:11 says that we will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony, this doesn’t indicate that Christians will be on easy street; nor will they even have the upper hand. LEARNING TO HEAR HIS VOICE                 “If any man is willing to do His will, he shall know the teaching, whether it is of God, or whether I speak from Myself. John 7:17                 “My sheep hear My voice and I know them and they follow Me.” John 10:276                     I recently took a course called “Communion with God” in which we were taught how to hear God’s voice. I was skeptical at first, not understanding how such a thing could be taught, but as I got into the course I quickly realized that I had been operating in this way for several years now. I just didn’t know it, although I often sense the presence and anointing of the Lord helping me as I write.                 What I learned in this course is how to separate my own thoughts from the Lord’s thoughts in my spirit in such a way that we could actually hold a two way conversation. We as Christians need to understand that the Lord is speaking to us all of the time. He never stops speaking to us… and

THE LIGHTNING RODS                 As a kid travelling across country with my parents I remember seeing lightning rods on barns all over the Midwest and over the central plains. These lightning rods were designed to attract lightning to them, but then to conduct the electricity to the ground thus preventing damage to the barn.                 In the political field there are two such lightning rods today…Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel and President Donald Trump in America.                 Most people living today have little or no idea the significance of these two men as it pertains to Bible prophecy. Largely this is because people no longer study Bible prophecy, nor do they comprehend where we are in prophetic time.                 The Bible in many places tells of a 7 headed beast that will rise in the last days. THE LONG ROAD OUT OF LAODICEA                 THE CITY OF Laodicea had high walls and iron gates. The mote was deep and the draw bridge was rarely lowered.
