YOM KIPPUR

YOM KIPPUR                 Today is the Day of Atonement. It was the only day of the year when Israel’s High Priest could enter the Most Holy Place of the tabernacle. To do this the High Priest spent 7 days in isolation within the temple confines, purifying his thoughts and generally separating from the world and its ways, in preparation for his encounter with the presence of God.                 He was physically washed clean with clean garments and with the blood of a sacrifice offered on his behalf which he sprinkled on the mercy seat. Then two goats were chosen by lot. One goat (The Lord’s goat) was sacrificed as a sin offering for the nation of Israel. Then the other goat, (a scape goat) was laden with the sins of Israel as the High Priest laid both hands on the goat’s head and confessed all of the sins of Israel upon it.                 Then the goat was led into the wilderness by a fit man (since they wanted the goat taken to a place where the goat was sure to never

THE FRONT MAN

THE FRONT MAN                 They called him King Cyrus at first. He was to break trail, clean the swamp, open the doors of   Christianity and restore America to its identity as one nation under God. He was to reverse the damage that has been done to the cause of Christ in America and in the world. I put President Trump in place to upset the tables of the money changers… not to bring peace, but a sword. He is My agent of apocalyptic change.                 Unfortunately, the church will not fully understand why I brought Donald Trump to office. What he has been called to do could never have been done by a “died in the wool Christian apologist.” It could not have been done by a politically correct pastor of the padded pew. I needed a wrecking ball… someone brutally honest, non-political, called and anointed like a prophet, not a ladder climber who has made his way to the top with bribes.                 What Trump is going to do will blow every Christian mind and unseat ev

THE GOSPEL NO ONE IS PREACHING

THE GOSPEL NO ONE PREACHES                 What is grace? People often say, “I am no longer under law, I am under grace. But when they talk about grace, they talk about something outside of themselves and detached. To them grace is like something up in heaven that has been added to my good guy account whether I am good or not. They call it “unmerited favor.”                 We like to say that we are saved.” By grace we are saved through faith and that not of ourselves. It is the gift of God.” So we say it is a gift of God and that there is nothing we can add to it. But again I ask, what is grace? What is grace doing in your life that saves you? What does it save you from? How can grace save you if you are not applying it by faith? And when you apply it, do you apply it to the outside     or the inside?                 If Grace saves us from sin, for instance, does it actually deliver us from sin or does it just cover it up? 1 John 5:4 says: “For whatever is born of God ov

THE CHANGING OF THE GUARD

THE CHANGING OF THE GUARD                 “Dearly loved friends, I had been planning to write you some thoughts about the salvation God has given us, but now I find I must write of something else instead, urging you to stoutly defend the truth which God gave, once for all, to His people to keep without change through the years. I say this because some godless teachers have wormed their way in among you saying that after we become Christians we can do just as we like without fear of God’s punishment. The fate of such people was written long ago, for they have turned against our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.” Jude 3, 4 TLB                 Throughout history the Bible has had to suffer at the hands of false prophets and teachers and those who follow them. But here in the book of Jude, he describes so perfectly our own time. The false grace movement in its most overt forms literally teaches that we were saved once and for all and so it doesn’t matter what we do. This is, of

LAW VERSES INTIMACY

LAW VERSES INTIMACY                 “But we know that the Law is good, if one uses it lawfully, realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous man, but for those who are lawless and rebellious…” 1 Tim 1:8, 9a.                 “It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners among whom I am the foremost of all. And yet for this reason I found mercy in order that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.” 1 Tim 1:15, 16.                 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness faithfulness, gentleness and self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” Gal. 5:22-25.                 “For what the Law could not do,

FAITHFUL

FAITHFUL                 “For this reason you be ready too; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will. Who then is that faithful and sensible servant whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time: Blessed is that servant whom his master finds so doing when He comes.”   Mt. 24:44-46                 It is important to study Bible Prophecy, especially as the day draws close. It keeps us from going to sleep and letting our oil burn low. It stimulates us to prepare for His soon return. However, it is even more important to perceive what the Master may want us to do and to be found doing it when He comes.                 I have found that divine appointments don’t happen while we are sitting around waiting for them. They happen while we are busy doing something else. Chances to pray for people or to encourage someone come more often than we realize.                 It is not the big things that we plan to

A REVIEW OF THE FACTS

REVIEWING THE FACTS                 In 2014 and 2015 we had four blood moons all falling on God’s appointed feasts. When these went by with seemingly no events, people turned with a certain amount of disdain and went back to their old ways. And yet on the final blood moon over Jerusalem the False Prophet identified himself to the whole world before the U.S. congress, then at the United Nations and again at the freedom tower as leaders of all of the world’s major religions pledged their allegiance to a one world religion under the leadership of Pope Francis, someone who is very much a part of the coming global antichrist government. Can we really say that the blood moons were insignificant?                 But another major event took place at the blood moons as well. Russia moved into Syria thus fulfilling the compliment of the nations that will soon attack Israel in the Magog war. Pressure is mounting in the Middle East as Iran and the other Arab nations threaten to wipe Isr
