THE SINGULAR ROAD                 From time to time, for the sake of understanding where we are in prophetic time, I must resort to dealing with political, religious, or technical issues that will contribute to prophesied last day events. THE MAD DASH                 In something equivalent to the arms race of the past, the nations of the world are now in a full out race to perfect Artificial Intelligence technologies. In fact, it is now thought that whoever wins this race will be the world’s leader in the near future. Related technologies such as transhumanism are involved in this as well, but what they are striving for primarily is for what they would call a singularity.                 A singularity in their eyes is an artificially intelligent entity that can handle the accumulated wisdom and knowledge of the world and to use that knowledge to solve humanity’s problems on a global scale. The powers that be realize that in order to maintain global sovereignty, they need to possess greater wisdom, power and intelligence than any one nation can produce on its own.                 For this they are creating an artificially intelligent robot, charged with the power of Satan to become the   world’s new god… an

SOVEREIGNTY AND PREDESTINATION                 Once upon a time there was a great football coach who was a time traveler. Every year he would travel 4 years into the future to see who his great players and champions would be; and then he would return to normal time to train them.                 Many times the young freshman college students, not knowing their future greatness, would wonder why the coach took so much interest in them and why he pushed them so hard. Sometimes it seemed like the coach was actually picking on them, goading them, encouraging them, pushing them almost to the point of breaking. HUMILITY                 I think that sometimes in our Christian pride we approach God more like the Pharisee than like the Publican. I remember way back in the early years of the name it, claim it movement a man named Charles Capps wrote t book called “The King’s Kids.” In essence it taught that as King’s kids we deserve the best of everything. If we believe God for a Cadillac, we can have our Cadillac and so on.                 Well, I think those early attitudes have become more sophisticated these days, but the same sort of pride and arrogance still prevails. Where is the humility that once caused the Publican to say, “God be merciful to me a sinner?                 Perhaps if we started our prayers like that, then we would get off on a right footing.
