SUMMER BREEZE

SUMMER BREEZE

Man, am I ever ready for another early morning walk on the beach. All of these prophetic events as of late, have my head spinning. There is so much to say. In fact, I have written two major articles over the past two days and I have not posted them simply because I am tired of talking about impending judgments.

Walking along the ocean I am reminded of the bigness of God. He is infinite and our minds cannot grasp the half of it, but even in that there is rest. In the laughing of the gulls and the chirping of shore birds I see joy. I see creatures that weather every storm with ease. They have somehow learned how to work with nature instead of against it as men do.

I sink into His arms. I let go of my struggles. The breeze carries me. The waves bow low at my feet. Seasons come and go… tides ebb and flow. Still His love remains the same. His Spirit whispers in the wind… come out and play. Play a game of casting all of your cares into the deep. Come walk on the water and I will hold you. I will teach you. It isn’t as hard as people think. It is only impossible and the impossible is what I do best.

Oh yes, the world is in turmoil, but you belong to a different kingdom. In this one there is only peace. Nothing here is made up of what might have been. Here there is only wholeness and fulfilled dreams. Here the wind and the waves obey. Here death is swallowed up. It vanishes. It gives way to greater powers. Life and light rule here. You belong here. We belong here. We drink of its Spirit. We are one.
