LETTER TO A FRIEND

            This is a letter I wrote to a Messianic Jewish friend of Bonnies and mine in answer to her questions. So maybe this will help others to understand the context in which violence is happening to the Jews. We have to see the big picture in order to understand why they are being singled out for special hatred. It is a supernatural hatred that is driving people to do what they do. So I hope that what I said to her will help some of you as well.           

             Actually the reason I have not commented on the Tree of Life bombing is that I have had so many irons in the fire lately that I haven’t kept up with the news. I heard about it in passing and it is a terrible tragedy and it is one that fits into a pattern of growing hatred and turmoil that is leading to what the Bible describes as another holocaust for the Jews during the tribulation, also known as the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble.”

            I am admittedly confused about the Trump issue and why he is being blamed for anti-Semitism. Obama turned his back on Jews and Christians alike and that grieved me because it was about to turn America into one of the Bible’s “Goat Nations.” On the other hand, when Trump got into office, He embraced the Jews, re-established our relationship with them, He reversed Obama’s statement that we are no longer a Christian nation and he has been working around the clock to create a peace agreement between Israel and its surrounding nations.

            As far as I am concerned both Obama and Hillary were the Jew’s worst enemies and so I am not sure why Trump is being blamed for these bombings.

            My biggest concern right now is on a different level. For one thing this peace agreement just may clear the way for the rise of the antichrist, who is said to make a peace agreement with the Jews allowing them to build their third temple, but then breaking this treaty in the middle of its contracted time, he will commit the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IN THE TEMPLE desecrating the temple, putting a stop to sacrifices and declaring himself to be the god of this world.

            So we are watching this peace plan very closely that Jared Kushner and others are working on because it could easily bring on the Time of Jacob’s Trouble…. and with it another holocaust for the Jews, forcing them to flee their country as seen in Mt. 24.

             I am a firm believer in the ultimate salvation of the Jews as per Zechariah 12 and Romans 11 and I firmly believe that Yeshua is going to reign from Jerusalem for one thousand years. Unfortunately, that which is being put together in Jerusalem right now is largely controlled by the Vatican and it will bring on the antichrist rather than Christ.

            The reason that Jews are singled out for hatred is a much bigger issue than the mere racial prejudice that we see in the world.

            The Jews are the apple of God’s eye and He has eternal plans for them. Satan is doing his best to prevent God’s plans from happening and he would like nothing better than to wipe the Jews off the map. But at some point God Himself is going to step in and deliver the Jews and wipe out the armies that are coming against them.

            Perhaps you are torn between liberal rhetoric and conservative rhetoric and the problem is neither side is right… so America is divided and from where I stand most of the violence and hatred is coming from the liberal side of things. They seem to want a global government at all costs and yet what they are going to get is a global government run by the antichrist, the coming worst tyrant of all time. It is important to have a Biblical view of end time events because if we do, we will love the Jews and pray for them daily. We will pray for the peace of Jerusalem and we will grieve at what we see coming according to Bible prophecy.

            Yeshua is our only hope and He is the Jew’s only hope. Only He can bring true peace in the end. And as Zechariah said in Zech. 8:22, 23 “So many peoples and mighty nations will come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem and to entreat the favor of the Lord. Thus says the Lord of hosts, “In those days ten men from the nations of every language will grasp the garment of a Jew saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”

            If we want to understand the hatred in the world we have to look behind the scenes at who is the motivating force of this hatred. Revelation 12 tells us that the dragon (Satan) will go after the woman (Israel) that gave birth to the man child (Yeshua) and the dragon will be enraged with the woman and will go off to make war with the rest of her offspring who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.” Rev. 12:5-17.

            So the Jews have rough times ahead, the worst in all of history since there was a nation, but the glorious result is that they will reign with Yeshuah in Jerusalem. Their full land will be restored and they will indeed be a kingdom and priests unto our God. The devil may try to prevent this, but Yeshua is the King of kings and Lord of lords and His plan will be accomplished in the end.

            We can’t really make any sense out of what is going on unless we understand the big picture and the forces that are at work in the world today. God used Trump to stop our downward spiral into destruction. He re-established us as a Christian nation and restored our support for the Jewish people. God did this for the Jews and yet most in America don’t understand. But many of the Jews in Israel understand.

            But I maintain that Trump, though being a deterrent to our imminent destruction, may end up fulfilling Bible prophecies that will play out in the end times as well. God has given America 4 years to repent and to return to Him. What we do with that four years will determine whether we will live in peace or whether we will be plunged into the greatest global holocaust of all time under the antichrist.

            As I mentioned in the above letter, this peace deal that is being put together in the Middle East is being controlled by the Vatican to a large extent and as such, it may well be the prophesied covenant with the many spoken of in Daniel 9:27, 28.

            Friends of ours who are involved with issues in Israel have warned us that these plans being hatched in Israel are sinister and an ultimate betrayal of the Jewish people. Some of the people involved like Jared Kushner and Trump and various Christian supporters of Israel may have the best of intentions for Israel, but because they don’t rightly understand Bible prophecy, they may actually send Israel and the rest of us plunging into last day events such as the Tribulation and the coming ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION as spoken of by both Daniel and Jesus.

            Only time will tell what these things actually portend, but if they are what we think they are, we are much closer to the end than anyone can imagine. Add to this the report that I read this morning from the Big Wobble, that 67% of all animal, fish and wildlife has died off in less than 50 years and extreme weather patterns now threaten to wipe out a big percentage of earth’s crops as well. In short we no longer have enough food to feed the human population. The world has crossed a tipping point.

            Look at about any area of concern in the world today and we appear to be in an apocalyptic crisis. Somehow, Israel, just as the Bible has predicted, is in the center of this global conflagration and as unbelievable as it may be, the tiny ancient city of Jerusalem in one of the tiniest countries on the planet is a cup of trembling upon which all of earth nations have focuses. Why?

            There can only be one reason. Yeshua has eternal plans based upon eternal unbreakable covenants with the land of Israel and its people and Satan is doing everything in his power to prevent God’s plans from taking place. Yeshua’s ultimate triumph represents Satan’s ultimate defeat and he is not giving up easily. (See Romans 11:25-30) We must keep these perspectives in mind if we are to understand the issues in the world today. This is what the book of Revelation is all about. The kingdoms of this world are about to become the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ and it promises to be the most violent time in earth’s history. But in the midst of it all, the Holy Spirit will be poured out in unprecedented power and a great harvest will come in amidst blood and fire and columns of smoke. We need to understand these things and we need to prepare for them.

            Unfortunately Satan has infiltrated so many churches and the result is that they now avoid Bible Prophecy like the plague just when we need to understand it the most. WE need a fresh new approach to Bible prophecy. We need to understand that these are now current events. We also need to learn how to walk in the Spirit and to live by divine appointment like Jesus did. We have a mission to accomplish!
