THE TWO WITNESSES ARE COMING SOON
THE TWO WITNESSES ARE COMING SOON
In
December of 2017 the prophet Sadhu Selvarage was caught up into heaven where he
appeared before the throne. The prophets Moses and Elijah were standing to the left
of the throne and the Lord motioned for Moses to speak. “He then said, ‘The
ministry of the two witnesses will begin very soon.’ He further said, ‘Malachi
4:4-6 will begin to be fulfilled from the year 2018.”
“Remember
the law of Moses, My servant which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel,
with the statutes and judgments. Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn
the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to
their fathers lest I come and strike the earth with a curse. ”Mal. 4:4-6.
All of
the prophets from Daniel to Malachi prophesied of our day. Isaiah and Jeremiah
also and in fact we see all of the lines of God’s purposes from Genesis to
Revelation drawing to a grand finale in these last days.
In the
same month of December in 2017 the Lord appeared to Sadhu carrying a large
sledge hammer. Sadhu had seen a vision of an angel carrying a sledge hammer in
2016 but this time it was the Lord Himself that held the hammer. He says:
“However,
this time, the sledgehammer was not in the hand of an angel but in the hand of
the Lord Jesus, who is the Head of the church. (Eph. 1:22; 5:23; Col 1:18.) It
is He who now says, “I will break in pieces the abominable and deceptive works
found amongst My people.” He is going to smash and break two kinds of works:
abominations and deceptions.”
The Lord
is going to come down hard against false believers, false teachers and false
prophets and because of the sledge hammer in His hands, this indicates long
held traditions in which churches have followed the patterns of their founders
rather than the patterns which God has shown us for His church.
Before the
Lord Jesus Christ begins to break, He is admonishing us to cast away these
works of abomination and deception voluntarily. Start walking before God with a
perfect heart that is pleasing to the Father God. If we will not do it of our
own free will, He will use a sledgehammer to break us to pieces.”
It is time
to put our houses in order. Jesus is coming for a Bride without spot or
wrinkle. She will have made herself ready. And so we must take seriously the instructions
of the Lord:
1.
Put on the armor of lights-Rom. 13:12
2.
Put on Christlikeness by not making provision
for the lust of the flesh. Rom. 13:14
3.
Put on the new man who is created in
righteousness and true holiness- Eph. 4:24
4.
Put on godliness, that is, Christ like in
character- Col. 3:12,14
When
Bonnie and I came into covenant relationship with Yeshua several years ago, He
put us into school to prepare us for His kingdom. He sent us to Rehoboth, our
Messianic Congregation to teach us many things, not the least of which was how
to love and to serve the brethren. We would still be there doing just that except
for the fact that He has called us as per Mal. 4:4-6 tor reconcile the hearts
of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their
fathers.
The
bottom line is that if we will enter into covenant relationship with the Lord,
He will take us through whatever we need to learn to prepare us as a Bride
adorned for her Husband. We can’t do this on our own. Only the Lord can do this
and so we must learn to walk in relationship with Him in such a way that He can
do what is needed in our lives.
In
breaking the old ways of tradition in our churches, the Lord is going to
restore us to the patterns that He established in the early church. “Those
principles are the very ones that are found in the epistles of the apostle
Paul, also known as the Pauline Epistles. These are the principles of
discipline, order, sacrifice, caring for one another and helping one another. The
early church was founded on these principles. They must be restored to the
church in these last days.
Among
those who deal in Bible prophecy there has been quite a bit of talk about the two
witnesses recently. There is a common sensing that we have entered the season. The
blood moons and eclipses, the convulsions of nature, the stress and turmoil
among nations as they line up for battle, the falling away of portions of the church, gross weather changes and animal extinctions,
earthquakes and volcanoes and troubling changes in our solar system… No wonder
Joel says”
“Blow
the trumpet in Zion and sound the alarm on My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants
of the land tremble for the day of the Lord is coming; surely it is near.” Joel
2:1
Joel
then gives us a time frame for the great day of the Lord to begin by saying: “For
behold in those days and at that time when I restore the fortunes of Judah and
Jerusalem I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of
Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgement with them there on behalf of My
people and My inheritance Israel whom they have scattered among the nations and
they have divided up My land.” Joel 3:1, 2.
Does
any of this sound familiar? Israel is back in their land, their fortunes are
restored and the nations are gathering on her borders and negotiations are in
progress to divide up her land for peace.
Joel
furthermore gives us a specific time frame in Joel 2:30, 31 saying: “And I will
display wonders in the sky and on the earth; Blood, fire and columns of smoke. The
sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood BEFORE the great and
awesome day of the Lord comes.”
With
signs in the sky of blood moons and eclipses all on the Hebrew Feast Days of
the Lord and the sign of Revelation 12 in the constellation Virgo and the star
of Bethlehem returning for the first time in 2000 years, how blind can we be to
not see and hear what God is shouting out to us? He is telling us that the time
is now and we must be ready as a Bride adorned for her husband.
The Day
of the Lord is coming speedily and He is about to purge His threshing floor. We
don’t think that we worship other gods and yet we allow any number of things,
habits, plans, dreams, desires that don’t include God, lusts of the flesh,
gluttony, self-centeredness, lack of true
love, pleasures of sin and the love of stuff, everything takes priority over
our relationship with the Lord. We steal from Him both our money and our time
having neither left for Him when all is said and done.
“Let us
rejoice and be glad and give glory to Him for the marriage of the Lamb has come
and the Bride has made herself ready. And it was given to her to clothe herself
in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of
the saints.” Rev. 19:7, 8.
In His
parable of the ten virgins only half of them were ready for the marriage supper.
Only those who were prepared as a Bride… only those who had oil (The Holy Spirit)
in their lamps were allowed to go in. Do we have any reason to believe that
church members that have not been preparing as a Bride adorned for her husband,
who are totally absorbed with the cares of this world, who still gossip and
stir up trouble, who live for themselves, who are lovers of pleasure rather
than lovers of God will be raptured away to the marriage supper of the Lamb?
We are
saved by the precious blood of the Lamb, but that blood must be applied to our
lives. It covers our sins if we repent
and confess them and turn away from them, but it also cleanses and removes sin
from us and reconciles us to the Father. We must not only be justified by the
blood, but we must also be sanctified by the truth (The word) and made holy by
His presence in our lives.
The message
of Jesus and His coming kingdom was first of all to repent…that is to turn away
from our sins, to deny self and take up our cross and follow Him. It involves
being crucified with Christ so that it is no longer I, but Christ that lives in
me.
The Gospel
of the Kingdom has never been a casual philosophy about good things. It is a
total death and rebirth… a total transformation brought about by the indwelling
presence of Christ in our lives. We are to work out our salvation with fear and
trembling. We must learn to hate the very essence of our selfish flesh and cleave
to Christ with all of our hearts. He alone can save us.
Remember,
it was the poor publican who beat his chest and cried out, “God be merciful to
me a sinner” that went away justified and not the religious man who thought
that he had it all together.
Malachi
told us to remember the Law of Moses and we must do so according to Jesus’
summary of the Law which was to love God with all of our heart, soul and mind
and to love our neighbor as ourselves. On these two hang all of the Law and the
prophets. It is not enough to refrain from killing or stealing or committing adultery,
the New Covenant takes us beyond that to truly love with the Love of Christ. This
we can only do if His Spirit dwells in us and has charge of our lives.
God’s
judgments are about to fall upon the land and specifically upon the church. God
is about to smash our old structures and to weed out all that doesn’t belong in
His house. We must either fall upon the Rock
and be broken; or the Rock will fall on us and break us.
I know
that this is a stern message, but as a watchman I must give it or be held
accountable. If the watchman does not sound the warning then the blood of the people
will be on his hands.
In
spite of all that God has been shouting out to us in recent years, most Pastors
in America are not sounding the alarm. They are not keeping their people up on the
times and seasons. In fact, most are rocking their people to sleep with inane
quips and anecdotes. The church has become like the world and the Refiner’s
fire is about to come to the threshing floor to gather the wheat and to burn the
chaff.
But don’t
take this message as a demand to work harder. It is His work that purifies and
cleanses us and it is His presence in our lives that makes us holy. Cry out to
Him. Walk with Him, talk with Him… ask Him for the love and purity that He is
looking for in your life. He alone can do this and that which He has begun in
you He will also finish.
“For
this reason I bow my knees before the Father from whom every family in heaven
and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you according to the riches
of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner
man; so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being
rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what
the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ
which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly beyond all that we
ask or think, according to the power
that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to
all generations forever and ever Amen.” Eph. 3:14-21
