FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE

                From the beginning of time, there has been a war going on between the seed of Satan and the Seed of Christ. Many Christians do not understand with any depth how pervasive the forces of evil are in this world; nor do they understand the malevolent forces in today’s secret societies and false religions that are pushing the world into the worship of Lucifer.

                And because we do not understand the all-invasive infiltrations of evil into every aspect of life, neither do we comprehend with any clarity how the Bible, God’s Word forms a defense and provides an antidote against these evil forces.

                My son Zach Lange provides a daily devotion or meditation called “Armed Against the Demons” in which he demonstrates how the words of the Bible form swords against the works of Satan. This ancient knowledge of the early church has been largely lost to today’s happy-go-lucky generation. Therefore we have very little idea of what we will be up against when these demons are fully released to engage in their final battle.

                Genesis 6 tells us of a group of angels who forsook their proper abode and came down to sow their seed into human woman before the flood. This Seed of Satan so perverted mankind and altered human DNA that God had to find a man (Noah) who was still pure in his generations, God then destroyed the entire earth with a flood, preserving only Noah and his family and a representative group of untainted animals as well. This was done to preserve the DNA of God’s creation from the GMO humans and animals that were being produced though genetic manipulation.

                Had God not stepped in at that time, humans would have lost the image of God altogether and the Messiah could not have been born into the human race. This was Satan’s purpose for destroying human DNA in the first place… to prevent the coming of the Messiah, and he is doing it again in our day.  Should this not tell us something?

                Jude mentions these fallen angels that consorted with human women before the flood saying: “And the angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.”

                Peter also alludes to this in 2 Peter 2:4-6 saying: “For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness reserved for judgment and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly:  and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly thereafter; and  if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men…” then God knows how to rescue the godly and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.            

                But when does that Day of Judgment come? Well, Jesus tells us when it will be. He said:

                “For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, they were marrying and giving in marriage until the day that Noah entered the ark and thy did not understand until the flood came and took them all away.”   

                Jesus also alluded to the days of Lot as an example of what the last days would be like in Luke 17:28-30.

                Should it not be of concern to us that occult scientist are seeking over at CERN to create a portal into Satan’s dimension right over the same spot that Jesus called the throne of Satan? Should it not concern us that scientific labs all over the world are now manipulating DNA and seeking to create enhanced humans for various purposes?  Should it not be of concern to us that huge groups of scientists under the leadership of people like Ray Kurtzweil are forging ahead with transhumanism and artificial intelligence with interfaces between man and machine?

                Revelation 9 tells a story that most Christians have not taken literally. It says:

                “And the fifth angel sounded and I saw a star from heaven which had fallen to the earth; and the key of the bottomless pit was given to him, and he opened the bottomless pit and smoke went up out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke of the pit and out of the smoke came forth locusts upon the earth; and power was given them as the scorpions of the earth have power, and they  were  told that they should not hurt the grass of the earth nor any green thing,  but only the men who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.”

                Revelation 9:11-12 goes on to tell us that these demons have a king over them, who is also in the abyss whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon.

                And what is the seal of God? It is the Holy Spirit. (2Cor 1:21-2, Ephesians 1:13, 14, Eph. 4:30.)

                Our only defense against the demons that will be released in the last days is to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to be armed with the Sword of the Word.

                And just as the fifth angel released a horde of demons from the bottomless pit, so did the 6^th angel releases four destroying angels that have been bound at the great river Euphrates. This is a strategic release and verse 15 says that they had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year to kill one third of mankind. This army was 200 million.

                This Euphrates army may be made up of human soldiers, but they kill with smoke and fire and brimstone and such a number of deaths could only occur from a nuclear war.

                No wonder Jesus warned that this would be a time like no other in history and that if He didn’t cut it short, there would be no humans left.

                Now as complete as the destruction of the world appears to be during the tribulation (Time of Jacob’s Trouble), we know that there will not be total annihilation, for it says in Zech. 14:16:

                “Then it will come about that any who are left of all the nations that went against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts and to celebrate the Feast of Booths.”          (Tabernacles.)

                This speaks of the earthly millennial reign of King Jesus, when our swords will be beaten into plowshares and we will study war no more. The lion will lay down with the lamb and a river of life will flow from the Temple in Jerusalem part of it eastward to bring life to the waters of the Dead Sea, and part of it westward to the Mediterranean. See descriptions of the millennial temple in Ezekiel 39-48 during that time when from new moon to new moon and Sabbath to Sabbath we shall go up to Jerusalem to worship the King.                 Satan is gearing up for war and he is doing everything in his power to prevent and even usurp the reign of Christ with a (fake) millennium of his own. This is the whole purpose of the coming global kingdom. Satan wants to reign in the place of Christ. He will attempt to do so, in what Jesus called “the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in the holy place.

                We need to study these things out and to pray for discernment. Many Christians are already siding with the enemy on many issues in what will soon become the great falling away mentioned in 2 Thess. 2:3, 4.They don’t understand the issues because they have stopped studying. They no longer study Bible prophecy. They no longer learn how to be equipped. And we need to understand that Bible texts that we once presumed meant on thing, will take on a different meaning as earth’s final events take place. It is not that the bible changes, but our understanding of it will unfold as each new event unfolds.

                We tend to overlook texts in the Bible that do not fit our present understanding or our doctrine and yet these may be the very texts that will provide keys to our understanding when these events begin to happen.

                There are going to be revelations of forbidden knowledge revealed in the last days that will throw if possible even the very elect. I have seen some of these revelations and believe me they shake you to the very core. So unless we are fortified with the seemingly obscure bits of knowledge tucked away in the Bible, we will not have an answer to these revelations and many will fall away.

                Satan has been laying the groundwork. He has been obscuring and rewriting history in such a way so that when revealed, it will appear to sweep away the very foundations of our faith.

                Worldwide, the ground is filled with artifacts, temples and pyramids and such that we would be hard pressed to build even today with our best equipment. How do you quarry a perfectly shaped piece of granite weighing 100,000 pounds and transport it over many miles of rugged mountainous terrain and then fit it with other stones so perfectly that you can’t even slip a knife blade between them?  And yet these things are everywhere and on every continent.

                Clearly there have been civilizations with advanced technologies or abilities that we don’t have today. Ancient Vedic texts from India, describe flying machines and missiles and nuclear war that destroyed large populations of people and left desert sands melted into glass.

                When Robert Oppenheimer, who invented the atomic bomb, was asked by a student how he felt when the first atomic bomb exploded, he answered simply: “Not the first atomic bomb, first atomic bomb in modern times.” (From the book entitled “The Sheeriyth Imperative” by Dr. Michael Lake)

                So when Jesus warns us that men’s hearts will be failing them for fear at the things coming upon the earth we need to understand that this is a statement pregnant with meaning and largely unexplored. Jesus also reminded us to pray that we will be accounted worthy to escape all of these things. Luke 21:36. I don’t know about you, but I’m praying.

                So this is not a time to sit back on our collective rear ends and to pretend that our traditions are adequate for what lies ahead. We truly need to understand how to be armed against the demons and to make use of the covenants that Jesus has signed in His own blood. Whether we call it the Eucharist, a Sacrament, a Covenant or Communion the blood of Jesus and the Word of God are the only swords against the demons of this age or any other age. Selah
