GREETINGS TO FRIENDS AT REHOBOTH
GREETINGS TO OUR WONDERFUL REHOBOTH FAMILY
Bonnie
and I managed to watch you on live stream on Shabbat and our hearts were warmed
by the sight of so many of you. The worship time was anointed and powerful, the
dance team was a real blessing, the shofars sounded great and Rabbi’s sermon was
one to remember as he talked about Israel’s return from Babylon. The first
thing they did was to find the original foundation and erect an altar of
worship to the Lord. We too must return to the original foundations of our
faith and the first priority in our lives is to erect an altar of worship and
praise to the Lord.
We were
moved by Rabbi David’s impassioned plea for our people to get first things
first and to get real with God. We need a solid personal relationship with the
Lord if we are to make it through the days and years ahead.
You know
me. I love it when sermons are preached within the framework of God’s plans and
purposes along with where we may be in the prophetic scheme of things. I agree
that we live in ominous times and that we must know God on a deep and intimate
level. We need to be born again and Spirit filled, denying self and taking up
our cross and following after Yeshua. He is our life!
Bonnie
and I are deep into the throes of packing and sorting along with visits to
relatives and taking care of business. I just wanted to drop by and thank you
all for the wonderful sendoff you gave us. The theme was “Never Say Goodbye.”
After all we are friends for eternity and so this is just a break in time to do
something the Lord has told us to do. Otherwise we will have eternity together.
Meanwhile:
“The Lord
bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be
gracious unto you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you
peace. Numbers 6:24-26
